All of our lock handles are made of Zinc Alloy metals. We have a one-piece molding process which turns the handle into a compressive, durable, scratch-resistant composition.

The Original Hanover and Pro version have similar security measures however the Pro version comes with more features. Some of those features include the light up PIN, enhanced app features, more fingerprint/PIN storage, automatic failed attempts locking, a faster recognition rate, and a longer battery life.

Our locks take 4 triple-A (AAA) batteries and last roughly 365 days at high usage. For less usage, you can expect them to last anywhere from 1-2 years. It is recommended to proactively change them once a year to lower the chances of battery acid leakage into the compartment.

We do have a single lock version and then a version that comes with a deadbolt.

All of our available colors are listed as soon as they become so on the store. We are constantly working to improve our products and do take other color options into consideration.

JAN 2022: We have experienced a shortage in the Gold and Silver versions for the time being. We are working diligently to get these color options back as soon as possible.

Yes. The processing time for orders is usually 1-3 business days. We may be running under minor delays if there is a high volume of orders, so if you do not receive your tracking information within 1-3 days, please do not worry. You can track your package once it's shipped here. Feel free to always reach out to our customer support to check on your order on our contact page.

If you ordered the wrong version, please reach out to our customer support team here. If your lock has already been shipped out, we can not guarantee we that we'll be able to ship you the correct one.

You can track your order right on our website here and insert your order's tracking number. This is regularly updated in real-time.

Easily! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping update email with your tracking number. Or, you can use your order number (#HAN___) with our website here.

Contact us ASAP! If your order comes in damaged in any way, shape, or form, please do not hesitate to contact our support team so we can make it right. 

If you think, or know, you have entered the wrong address, please get in contact with our support team as soon as you can.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide refunds for devices that were sent to the address provided to us.

If your app will not pair with the lock handle, it could be for a multitude of reasons. Please reach out to us here and we can try to help. However, if it is software or phone-hardware related we may not be able to provide full support.
